Thanks to the Shizzuo set, cooking has never been easier.
Do you ever get tired of thinking ‘‘What do I make for dinner today?’’ Well, you are not the only one. In fact, meal prep has become the trend in the past few years, thanks to its ability of saving us time and ideas. The concept itself means using the same ingredients for multiple uses. However, although very comfortable, meal prepping is not the healthiest nor most fresh way to cook. Therefore, we have prepared for you 2 chicken recipes (one for lunch, and one for dinner) that have the exact same ingredients.
Japanese style steel knife is perfect in this case. Now, imagine if this knife doesn’t get stained, AND comes with an antibacterial film covering the blades? Yes, Shizzuo is currently a revolutionary item in Mediteranean cuisine.
The Ingredients You’ll Need
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 5 Medium Size Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Cilantro, Parsley
- 1 Small Cup of Tomato Sauce
- Cheese of your choice
Recipe 1: Moroccan Chicken Tagine
First, cut the onion in a thin round shape. Then, peel and cut the potatoes in even rectangular shape.
In a different pot, spice the chicken and leave it marinating for 15 minutes.
Heat some olive oil in a deep cooking pot, and put the onions. Lower the heat, add spices and cover the pot for 5-6 minutes while removing.
Finally, add the chicken and 2 peeled potatoes on top with 2 glasses of warm water and let it cook for 45 minutes.
PS: you can add some green olives if you like
Recipe 2: Grilled Chicken Breast With Roasted Potatoes
Great! Now, that’ve prepared our first meal, and while it cooks, let’s make the second dish.
Take the rest of the potatoes and place them on an over sheet, while pre-heating the oven (180 degrees)
Cut the chicken and put in a bowl, then add some olive oil, tomato sauce, garlic (optional), and spices. Remove until everything is mixed well, then put it in a pan with some melted butter until it turns brown on both sides.
